Rural Roundup

As previously suggested, funding for the completion of New Line Rd has been minimize. It is necessary that the Hills and Hornsby Shire communities make it clear to the State Government that that is unacceptable.
I will be working with the Hills Councillors to ensure that this determined scenario is as soon as once more made a finances precedence. If you are feeling strongly about this problem, I suggest writing to the roads Minister, the Hon. John Graham, immediately: [email protected]

By contrast, it has been unbelievable to see the final seal and line marking accomplished on Cobah Rd Arcadia.

This project was a clear demonstration of how collaboration between the residents of Arcadia and Fiddletown, the Northholm School group, Councillors, and administration may deliver about a budget priority where it beforehand didn’t exist.

New Line RdLikewise, I welcome the completion of the latest stage of the Arcadia Rd improve. I look forward to working with our finance team in maintaining the following stage on track.

More improvements at Wal Buckingham Park Glenorie have been accomplished. Worth a glance when within the vicinity of the Glenorie Memorial Hall.

The much-anticipated re-opening or the Galston Aquatic Centre is now shut. Practical completion has pushed out barely and is about for early November with access anticipated in course of the top of that month.

I wish to acknowledge and thank the Open Garden committee for another successful event.  Rural Roundup  was kind which really helped within the success of such a popular community project.

Equally exciting is the return of events to Fagan Park. Carols by Candlelight has suggested that this free occasion shall be held Saturday 9th December 4pm – 8pm.
